On Reaching a Tactical Goal
As part of the Body-for-Life Challenge, I set a tactical goal of squatting 135 pounds. The last time I was squat 135 was July 23, 2002.
Last night, I squatted 135 for 2 sets of 10 reps.
I can honestly report: I am as strong as I have ever been.
