Smarter than Your Average Bear
After recently incorporating and starting a company:
L2ideas, I received a very official-looking letter stating that I needed to file my annual minutes and suggesting that the filing fee was $150. There was something fishy about it, so before I took out my checkbook, I went online to see if it was a scam. Turns out that it was a scam; and I didn’t get fooled by the scam, thanks to all the good folks that contribute useful information to the internet!
